As the Head of Marketing Department, you will:
• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Marketing Department to ensure the achievement of business and marketing objectives.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing, branding, corporate communications and investment promotion strategies aligned with the Company's business goals.
• Monitor departmental performance and marketing KPIs, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Review and approve marketing plans, campaign proposals and departmental initiatives within delegated authority.
• Develop pricing recommendations, promotional programs and customer incentive schemes to support
business development.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, departmental operating expenses and marketing resources effectively.
• Lead
digital marketing initiatives, website management, social media and marketing technology adoption.
• Plan and organize investment promotion events, exhibitions, seminars and overseas roadshows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, government authorities, business associations, media partners and external marketing agencies.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Report departmental performance, strategic initiatives and marketing outcomes to the Management.
