Go-Pak is seeing consistent growth in the UK and considerable growth internationally.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Assistant will be a vital, cross-border foundational engine of the Go-Pak marketing department. Based in Vietnam, this role exists to directly support the delivery of workloads, projects, and marketing collateral led by both the UK-based Senior Design &
Marketing Executive and Senior
Digital Marketing Executive.
Because this position acts as a critical link between our primary manufacturing/operations hub in Vietnam and our commercial headquarters in the UK, the successful candidate must possess exceptional spoken and written English skills. You will actively participate in and contribute to daily English-speaking team meetings, ensuring smooth collaborative workflows despite the physical distance and time zones.
Responsibilities:
1. UK-Vietnam Collaboration
· Act as the primary on-the-ground marketing liaison in Vietnam, bridging the gap between local operations and the UK head office.
· Proactively share or track down, secure, and organize key data, specifications, and raw assets required by the UK marketing team for ongoing day to day and global projects.
· Keep the UK Marketing team actively informed of local manufacturing milestones, product line updates, on-site developments and key events and activities happening.
2. Traditional & Creative Design Support
· Assist in keeping the group's design request process and workflow trackers up to date.
· Oversee and organize the group's visual asset library, working closely with the senior Marketing and design executive
· Maintaining relationships with local photography and videography agency
· Assist with the coordination, planning, and asset delivery for high-impact international and domestic trade shows.
3.
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Support
· Support the content population and ongoing management of regional e-commerce websites and digital platform enhancements.
· Provide day-to-day coordination for digital marketing activities, assisting with the scheduling and delivery of email marketing campaigns, social media posts, and digital newsletters.
· Help pull monthly performance data from Google Analytics and SEO tools to assist in preparing End of Month (EOM) performance reports for leadership
4. Other
· Support the execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers to drive long-term growth and market share.
· Support market research and competitor analysis specific to our key operating markets.
· Support the integration of sustainability principles into marketing activities.
· Undertake occasional domestic & international travel and other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Group Marketing Manager or Senior Leadership Team.
