Mô tả công việc
1. Defines core brand objectives and strategies in line with Country Manager & Leadership team
2. Leads in the development and execution of an integrated marketing plan aligned with long term brand strategies and bring synergies to the business.
3. Develops strong marketing organization in terms of people skills/capability, consumer/shopper centricity, the marketing organization and external partners.
4. Analyzes marketplace and anticipates future changes to create competitive advantage in brand benefits and communication of these benefits to a broad audience.
5. Drives performance on the annual operating plan and budgets consistent with the Reckitt long-term strategies.
6. Plans and integrates all demand driving activities across the organization based on marketing insights.
7. Establishes a culture that promotes "winning on the ground", "going for extra miles" spirit, collaboration, ethical practice, integrity, social responsibility, and company compliance.
8. Builds and maintains strong relationships with medical opinion leaders, key customers, marketing agencies, internal functional heads, Finish Penetration Increase Program (PIP) Partners and regional marketing teams in order to create positive impact on the business.
9. Manages and delivers P & L, setting ambitious brand targets to deliver company sales and profit goals.
10. Applies and adapts global and regional marketing programs to the local market.
11. Is a member of leadership team with responsibility for contributing to the overall company direction.

Yêu cầu
1. University Graduate, major in Marketing/Economics or related major. MBA/master's degree is a plus
2. Developed and implemented marketing and business plans that significantly grew sales and market share for products at various stages of life cycle in A FMCG environment.
3. Successfully launched a major new product, build a brand into a category leader.
4. Demonstrated successful innovation that required consumer insights and calculated risk taking.
5. Has developed consumer insights through the use of both qualitative and quantitative market research methods.
6. A strong team leader with a track record of developing people, the marketing organization and partnerships with agencies.
7. Consumer or other relevant marketing experience in major organization; had diversity of types of brands managed. Demonstrated success at launching, growing or reposition a brand.
8. Showed good technical and financial understanding to be able to drive marketable and profitable product launching initiatives.
9. Hands-on and fact-based approach to developing business in the local market. Be comfortable operating in a volatile and emerging market
10. Business Acumen (P&L, Operation & Tender, Registration)
