Merchant Partnership
Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to grow merchant networks and drive profitability, with a strong emphasis on Premium Services for affluent segments and regional expansion opportunities.
Define key objectives, initiatives, and performance metrics to deepen engagement with merchants and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Conduct regular business reviews and gather actionable insights from key sectors, particularly Banking and Finance, to guide strategic planning and optimize commercial outcomes.
Stay current on market trends and competitive movements to proactively identify growth opportunities and adjust partnership strategies accordingly.
Establish and maintain effective communication processes between merchants and internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and responsiveness to merchant needs.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Merchant Partnership team, setting clear KPIs and accountability structures. Foster a results-oriented culture that values ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Procurement & Operations
Oversee procurement and operational procedures to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and performance.
Develop and execute sales and sourcing strategies to meet profit targets, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Lead supplier negotiations and manage relationships to secure favorable terms and ensure service-level compliance.
Identify new sourcing opportunities through market analysis and onboard qualified vendors.
Maintain adherence to regulatory standards while building a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement.
Support other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

Extensive experience in
business development, sales, marketing, and account management.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and improve processes that enhance departmental performance and efficiency.
Well-versed in contract management and supplier negotiations, with strategic thinking and influence.
Highly organized and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and a consistent focus on solutions and outcomes.
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
