The Role
•Entire sales network including all sales regions.
The Requirements
•Ensuring the sales network achieves objectives and targets set by management
•Achieving monthly / quarterly sales targets
•Opening potential retailer partners within their region of responsibility
•Building a strong and efficient sales organization
•Suggesting new product ideas based on current market needs and market potential
•Proactively monitors market competitors and is able to develop plans & strategies to make the status quo competitive
•Effectively leads the team of RSM's & manages the performance of the whole network
•Proactively cultivates new business and uncovers sales opportunities within the country
•Control of quality of sales performance by driving quality initiatives
•Provide value-added ideas and supports RSM's & Strategic Accounts Managers in growing their retailers / client base
•Manages POS efficiency and creates the POS management rules
•Reduces and manages the risk of the entire sales network
•Maintains an awareness of all product campaigns and promotions
•Cooperates with other department heads to deliver overall business objectives
•Responsible for hiring RSM's & ASM's and recommending them for promotion
•Develops the overall sales plan and direction of the country
•Prepares & Liquidates Cash Advances
•KPI reports to management / regional team
•Budget reports to management / regional team
Report to: GM/VP of Sales & Operations
Cooperate with: Oriente Management/Regional Management, Sales Mancomm & Sales Network, Risk, HR, Finance.
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
•College Degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing and other associated degrees.
•At least 4 years of experience in retail sales area management, cooperation with retailers or experience in distribution of products and services is an advantage
•Preferably with working experience abroad
•Good understanding of retail market and competition in relevant regions
•Experience in retail sales and knowledge in sales finance products
•Energy, focus and drive to achieve results, be directly responsible for the success of your own territory
•Extremely strong sales aptitude - with a desire to drive and move market share
•Strategic thinking in sales and business development
•Coaching and management talent, strong listening and communication skills
•Ability to influence others & take a dominant role
•Possesses drive and initiative, self-motivated, results and actions oriented
•Ability to organize, prioritize and execute sales plans
•Able to execute a polished and professional product presentation
•Computer literate (MS Office esp. Excel, Power point and Outlook, others)
