Area of responsibility:
• Subregion Financial & Technical performance
• Organization and strategy to reach agreed target.
• Daily management of sub-regions's economic, financial activities as well as for safety of Subregion's assets, their effective use and financial ad well as economic performance of the sub-region
• Fulfillment of objectives for the Subregion
• Budget/Cost responsibility, planning and monitoring
• Business planning & Workload management
• Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
• Comply with legal regulations, ethics and policies regarding general duties and management.
• Regional support of the area customer support in accounts receivable management, by ensuring the processing of open work (OPOS)
• Responsibility for developing an entrepreneur mind set in the region
Activities:
• Derivate objectives for Departments out of sub-region objectives, set and communicate this objectives
• Check KPI's from the sub-region vs Plan, performance tracking
• Discuss Service KPI's and Service Reports within sub-region, implement counter measurements if deviation detected
• Monitor & discuss sub-region performance, success of counter measurements
• Compare and discuss actual vs. Budget on department level
• Ensure compliance with global service standards & process conformity
• Permanent optimizing of internal procedures, structure and Strategy.
• Close collaboration within the region
• Ensure HSE conformity
• Ensure intern development and training of staff
• Discuss and define Workload Contingent/Quota with Service Director
• Discuss updates and retrofits and plan performance/Cost/Risk of these with the Head of Support Service Operations of the Sub-region
