Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive painting, with a focus on leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and equipment.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Experience with quality control processes in manufacturing is preferred.
