Position Overview
Leading quality control (QC) & quality assurance (QA) department in Mechanical shop.
Responsible for overall planning and direction of all activities for QC & QA in accordance with local, divisional, and corporate goals, objectives, and policies.
Optimize resources within Quality to maximize support for production.
Implement the Business Plan Deployment Process for the department.
Position Responsibilities
• Organizing the operation and control of the quality for Automotive products.
• Managing/developing procedures, standards, quality control plans, inspection instructions and controlling compliance implementation in production.
• Improve skill sets of Group Leaders, Engineers and Team Leaders by development through Integrated Training.
• Working with relevant departments to thoroughly handle arising quality problems including potential risks in the process, errors arise at checking finished products, errors arise at customers.
• Statistics, synthesize data of quality indicators continuously to analyze trends to give warnings, appropriate remedial action immediately. Continuously monitor, control and take actions to achieve quality goals.
• Planning to check and monitor continuously the stages in production to ensure detection of quality risks for immediate remedial action.
• Maintaining operational control of the department's work in compliance with ISO 9001/IATF16949/TQM quality system standards and company regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System in order to retain ISO certification.
Yêu cầu
• Educational background: Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive...Other specialties are acceptable but must be assessed for potential.
• At least 7 year experience in quality control & quality assurance role of Mechanical/Manufacturing company.
• Deep understanding the operation process & quality handling between departments, well aware & control risks to avoid errors to next process or customers.
• Experience in building quality standard and managing operations to ensure the quality for products.
• Have responsibility in working and resoluting assurance to handle issues.
• Ability to work under high pressure, capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time.
• 6 sigma Black Belt is preferred
• Good knowledge about Lean culture (5S, Kaizen, Daily management,...).
