Accountable for all trade marketing activities of Groupe Seb Vietnam. Co-owns the Category specific Annual Operating Plan in Vietnam. In charge for various trade marketing programs and implement it.
1. MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
• Work closely with Marketing team to develop strategic trade marketing plan to accelerate growth and drive shopper demand at POS.
• Develop Category instore growth plan as well as Instore supporting roadmap to share with key accounts.
• Lead trade marketing team to work with Key accounts in rolling out the instore activities (demo, activation, POSMs, consultancy, product display, merchandising,...). Develop KPIs and closely monitor to ensure excellent performance; or, identify appropriate action in case of off-track.
• Link marcom activities with instore activities plan to ensure halo effect on driving sales out.
• Closely monitor and tracking to ensure consumer promotional program is being implemented by stores. Cooperate with sales team to work with stores in case execution not aligned with plan.
• Co-ordinate with sales team to define process of tracking and analyzing monthly sales out performance of key accounts.
• Set up process for regular stock tracking and follow up with sales team to ensure sufficient stock to accommodate demand.
• Provide monthly report on sales-out performance and stock; clear root cause analysis and action plan to improve in case off-track.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales team in developing activities to win instore; via:
• Best in class merchandising, instore branding and display.
• Effective POSMs.
• Knowledgeable and insightful instore consultant (PGs).
• Manage trade marketing budget to ensure delivering maximum ROI within the fund.
• ROI analysis for trade marketing activities and come up with clear action to improve impact on sales.
• Provide coaching and further develop trade marketing team to grow (
merchandiser supervisor, PGs supervisor, trainer and demo supervisor). Supervise and support the team to deliver strong and sustainable result.
• +5 years experience in the same role.
• Good understanding of MT landscape.
• Strong leadership skill to build and develop trade marketing team.
• Effective communication.
• Good analytical skills.
• Willing to travel.
