- Develop and execute the
Trade Marketing Plan in alignment with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
- Conceptualize and implement trade promotions, and roll out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales.
- Enhance brand presence and campaign execution across trade channels by ensuring excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking, aligning with annual marketing priorities.
- Gather and organize information to plan and optimize advertising campaigns.
- Direct, motivate, and monitor campaign teams to achieve campaign goals.
- Regularly visit points of sale to ensure brand visibility and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Prepare budgets and submit cost estimates as part of campaign planning and development.
- Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for the organization.
- Track program budgets, expenses, and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign's effectiveness against objectives and industry benchmarks.
- Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine the cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
- Perform frequent market and competitor research to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with local partners to deploy partnership and co-branding initiatives.
- Manage and optimize customer acquisition efforts for new store openings.
- Manage the execution of LTOs, CSR and branding campaigns;
- Conduct campaign evaluation and assess against goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of trade marketing concepts, in-store activation, and consumer insights.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required (both written and verbal).
