We're hiring a Head of Vietnamese Studies. Responsibilities:
Uphold high academic and behavioral standards for students and staff in the Integrated Program.
Oversee and ensure the effective operation of Integrated classes under the School Principal's guidance.
Support the development of a cohesive school culture aligned with shared values and goals.
Ensure compliance with MOET and DOET regulations regarding the Vietnamese curriculum and keep the Principal informed of updates.
Supervise instructional programs, evaluate lesson plans, and conduct classroom observations to maintain teaching quality.
Promote effective teaching strategies aligned with the school's values and culture.
Monitor and support Integrated teaching staff, addressing performance concerns with the Principal.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by MOET/DOET and assist during inspections or official visits.
Ensure proper implementation of school policies, systems, and record-keeping procedures.
Assist in planning and supporting school initiatives, functions, and special events.
Foster positive relationships with parents, students, and staff, addressing concerns in coordination with the Principal.
Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
Experience in educational management with a solid understanding of the Vietnamese education system.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate.
Commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards in all aspects of work.
