- To ensure all merchandise are stored under optimal conditions and are ready for issuing;
- To ensure that all storage areas are clean and maintains high hygienic standards;
- To verify quantities of arriving materials destined for store rooms;
- To ensure that all issues from stores are made against properly completed, ruled off/approved store room requisitions;
- To ensure that store room temperatures including the freezer and the refrigerator are in the line with international standards;
- To ensure that merchandises are issued by fifo system;
- To make oneself available during physical inventories taken by the Finance - Accounting Department;
- To be responsible in keeping properties safe and secure;
- Responsibility include, but are not limited to, performing and coordinating a variety of duties and tasks assigned by the Director of Finance and Chief Accountant;

- Đảm bảo tất cả các khu vực kho bãi đều sạch sẽ theo tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh tốt nhất;
- Kiểm tra số lượng hàng nhận về cho mỗi kho;
- Đảm bảo việc xuất kho được thực hiện trên các giấy tờ đã được hoàn chỉnh theo đúng qui trình;
- Đảm bảo nhiệt độ tại các kho (bao gồm tủ lạnh và tủ đông) được duy trì theo đúng các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế;
- Đảm bảo việc xuất hàng hóa được thực hiện theo đúng nguyên tắc "Nhập trước, xuất trước";
- Có mặt trong lúc Phòng Tài chính - Kế toán thực hiện việc kiểm kho;
- Chịu trách nhiệm về việc giữ gìn an toàn và an ninh cho tài sản;
- Trách nhiệm bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn, thực hiện và phối hợp đa dạng các nhiệm vụ và nhiệm vụ do
Giám đốc Tài chính và
Kế toán trưởng giao;
