Healthcare Pre- Sale Supervisor (Pacs, AI)

**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB DESCRIPTION
- Làm việc cùng các sản phẩm PACS/IT Workstation với kiến thức ngành y: chuẩn bị tài liệu, đào tạo sản phẩm, thuyết trình sản phẩm với khách hàng.
Handle Products of KM Vietnam (PACS/IT WorkStation) with Clinical Understand.
- Prepare Products Materials: Spec Sheet, Brochures, Case Study, User Guide ... & products Training ( Clinic )
- Cooperating with Thailand/Japan to get products info & Training.
- Hỗ trợ các chương trình quảng bá Marketing, hội thảo, triển lãm, giới thiệu sản phẩm.
- Support marketing events like seminar / workshop / exhibition and promote products.
Manage and maintain the schedule and cost of these events.
- Propose and create promotional materials such as white paper(Recommendation letter of KM Products),KOL Movie etc.
- Hỗ trợ nhân viên bán hàng và nhà phân phối: khảo sát, thuyết trình, demo sản phẩm, đề xuất các sản phẩm, cấu hình và giải pháp tối ưu đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng, giải quyết các vấn đề về kỹ thuật và ứng dụng của sản phẩm.
Support Sales Staff and Distributor:
- Site Survey & Demo Support
- Make Proposal & Presentation & Support distributors to give presentation and demonstration of products to potential customers and explain about the product feature, benefit and unique selling point compared with competitors.
- Support distributors to understand customer needs, environment, workflow and limitation, and propose optimal products, configuration and solution to meet the customer needs.
- Provide product training and sales kit materials (PPT, Video, White paper, etc) to distributors.
- Provide technical and application training to distributors/customers
- Receive the call from distributors and support them to solve the problems for technical and application issues.
Hỗ trợ sau bán hàng: hỗ trợ nhà phân phối triển khai, quản lý dự án, quy trình và cấu hình tối ưu cho khách hàng. Hỗ trợ cài đặt, đào tạo, hướng dẫn, và giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh.
Post Sales Support
- Support distributors for project management of system implementation at customer site.
- Support distributors to define the optimal workflow and configuration based on customer needs and prepare all necessary components for installation.
- Support distributors to connect and integrate Konica Minolta Healthcare IT products with other vendor's IT system and modalities at customer site.
- Provide technical and application training to distributors/customers.
