Supervise and monitor Heat Transfer Label (HTL) production processes.
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về sản phẩm silicone printed và 3D moulded silicone.
Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with silicone printed and 3D moulded silicone products.
- Thiết lập, điều chỉnh và tối ưu thông số kỹ thuật để đảm bảo chất lượng và năng suất.
Set up, adjust, and optimize process parameters to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
- Phân tích, xử lý và khắc phục các sự cố kỹ thuật trong quá trình sản xuất.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during production.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn khách hàng và quy trình nội bộ.
Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards.
- Hỗ trợ phát triển sản phẩm mới, thử nghiệm mẫu và cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.
Support new product development, sample trials, and continuous process improvement.
- Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên vận hành về quy trình và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
Train and guide operators on production processes and technical standards.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận Sản xuất, Chất lượng, Kỹ thuật và Phát triển sản phẩm để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Product Development teams to achieve production targets and quality requirements.
