Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Manage and grow social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Work with external agencies and partners to implement marketing strategies effectively.
Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
Develop engaging content for digital platforms that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
Coordinate PR activities and liaise with PR agencies to strengthen brand reputation.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools in the digital marketing space.
Yêu cầu
Graduate from College/University in relevant fields: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Experience working in the beauty, spa, or aesthetic service industry.
Experience at an agency (Social, PR) or with external partners.
Good English communication skills (as you will work directly with a Korean manager).
Strong content writing skills, creative visual thinking, and ability to quickly catch up with trends.
Proactive, creative, and able to work under high pressure.
Strong data analysis skills and ability to optimize campaign performance.
Proficiency in advertising tools, social media management tools, and basic design tools is a plus.
