We're looking for a In-Store Marketing Executive who sees trade marketing not as promotion, but as storytelling that shapes how customers understand and experience our brand.

You will also play a broader role in helping define, train, and align in-store communication standards across existing and new stores, ensuring a consistent experience at scale.
What will you do?
Develop in-store communication that supports thoughtful discovery and calm decision-making
Plan and execute in-store activations that integrate smoothly into the customer journey
Translate brand pillars into clear product stories, signage, and storytelling flows
Analyze customer engagement and refine messages based on real store insights
Coordinate with VM, Operations, and Marketing to ensure consistent, premium execution
Contribute to the design, training, and rollout of group-wide trade marketing standards, ensuring consistent execution across all stores

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
1-4 years' experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, brand communication, or customer experience
Strong storytelling and communication skills with high attention to detail
Good understanding of customer behavior and in-store experience
Calm, thoughtful, and collaborative working style
Experience in premium retail, lifestyle, FMCG, wellness, or hospitality is a plus
