JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of HR Administration Intern is supporting our people with different HR and administrational tasks in a professional and timely manner. You thrive in an environment where your organizational ability, confidentiality and interpersonal skills are key to successful:
Follow up and contribute to continuous improvement of the company policies & procedures for assets management, ensuring office & facility are under good condition & well utilized.
To liaise with other departments regarding matters arising like; Security, building services, parking, time sheet keeping etc,...
Filing and update staff profile (at least once/ month).
Receive stationary orders from department, purchase and deliver stationary following the
purchasing guidelines.

Control Offices' Admin expenses monthly and make settlement monthly on-time for suppliers.
Joining with the Team to organize Company events: Summer trip, The Year End Party, and other internal Staffs engagement activities.
Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Support in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Help coordinate onboarding tasks for new hires.
Maintain candidate databases and assist in tracking recruitment metrics.
Perform other duties as assigned by
HR Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduated or final year student (can work full time)
Good communication skills, fluent English, Customer-focused
Good organizational skills
Good problem-solving skills
Able to self-learning & willing to learn in HRGA.
