JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope of work:
Downloading and consolidating tenants' documents (fit-out registration, drawings, minutes, handover records, etc) from Pure portal.
Classifying and storing them on Keppel's sharepoint system.
Compiling and organizing tenants' legal documents during operations phase, ensuring proper classification and storage. Supporting other administrative and paperwork tasks as required by the team.
REQUIREMENTS
Age from 20-25 years old
Vietnamese university students/new graduated young adult with good English.
