JOB DESCRIPTION
We would like to seek a highly motivated,
customer-focused, creative thinking, data-driven, and action-oriented
professional Marketing Assistant to join our team!
👉 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervises, assists and
reviews the work for the Manager.
* Follows and translates
for the Manager in every meeting.
* Translates documents from
English to Vietnamese and vice versa.
* Manages products on
Shopee official malls: write descriptions, work with Design team for thumbnails
and body pictures.
* Contacts outsourced
stakeholders for quotation and makes orders
* Should be able to ensure
the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and
day-to-day operation.
* Excellent time management
skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

👉 Working time:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 18:00 and Saturday: 9:00 - 13:00 (full-day salary)
Working place: Ton That Thuyet, Dịch Vong
Hau, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
REQUIREMENTS
👉 REQUIREMENTS
* Fluent in English: IELTS
7.0, TOEIC 800, or relevant English certification at that level.
* High responsibility for
work.
* Teamwork spirit.
* Be a careful, honest, and
quick learner.
* Have a quick sense at
work to follow up with the CEO and Manager.
* Strong organizational
skills, especially multitasking.
* A calm manner and good
interpersonal skills to adapt easily to pressure.
* Without experience will
be trained.
* Have experiences in
content work or E-commercials are highly recommended, otherwise you will be
trained.
