This is an amazing opportunity to join a high-calibre, commercially savvy Talent Acquisition team to initiate, drive and execute on a range of effective recruiting/talent acquisition strategies, with a strong focus on hiring technical roles for our growing research and development hub in Vietnam.

What You'll Do
You will be mainly responsible for the recruitment and sourcing of technical roles, including developers, testers, business analysts and consultants for our Vietnam based global delivery team. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand position requirements and advise on recruitment and sourcing strategy. Main responsibilities will include:
Execute talent sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), developing candidate pipelines across a diverse range of business areas
360 recruitment (advertising, sourcing, screening, behavioural based interviewing, administering pre-employment assessments, shortlisting, managing hiring manager interviews, salary negotiation and closing)
Maintain TIBCO's applicant tracking system, documenting actions & daily activity in real-time, preparing recruiting and hiring reports
Provide excellent applicant and internal employee customer service
Develop talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics as appropriate to enable both our Recruitment Manager and hiring managers to be best informed on market conditions
Attend career-seminars, industry events to network and promote TIBCO as an employer of choice
Participate in Employer Branding activities
Who You Are
1+ year in-house or agency recruitment experience, preferably in a global/US matrix-managed software vendor with experience recruiting or sourcing software development and technical consulting roles
Skilled at talent sourcing and building pipeline for technical roles
Ability to effectively engage with internal and external clients at all levels, and to maintain positive business relationships
Outstanding communications skills (both verbal and written)
Enjoy a fast-paced environment; able to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines and have a sense of urgency
An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
A willingness to learn and be comfortable operating in an environment of constant change and conflicting demands
Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise based on the needs of the business
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
