Job title: IT Help-desk Intern
Job Description
Gear Inc is seeking for an IT Help-desk Intern. The ideal candidate will join our team to:
Maintain, update, tweak, and repair the computer systems, networks, and I.T. infrastructure
Set up the new technologies, configure systems and provide everyday technical support for the individuals using the computer systems and IT network
Work providing technical support at a helpdesk level
Job Requirements
Able to communicate in English: both verbal and written
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Technology, is preferred
Have knowledge of computer networks and systems
Willingness to self-study and learn new technologies and improve technical skills
Good problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills
