JOB DESCRIPTION
· Draft quotation before sending to sales for review and update
· Prepare tender documents including: company's profile, PIC profiles, installation
method dossiers, etc.
· Liaise with other departments on technical drawing, specs, price
· Coordinate with finance team for payment tracking.
· Draft contract including specs, price, schedule, etc.
· Prepare hard copies in line with customers' and internal requirements.
· Handle the documents delivery both via courier and in person.
· Handle documentation during handover process between Sales and Installation.
· Provide monthly report.
· Input and manage data on system
· Book flights and hotel tickets for team
· Manage sales brochures
· Support company's
engagement events
REQUIREMENTS
Secretarial
