JOB DESCRIPTION
· Information Gathering:
Collect information about the company's activities to write and translate
newsletters (in English and Vietnamese) for publication on the website.
· Research: Seek
information on tourism in Vietnam and worldwide to proactively develop new
topics for the website that are relevant to the company.
· Content Sharing: Share
newsletters from the website on the company's LinkedIn account.
· Media Analysis: Research
programs in online and television media to propose suitable communication
formats for the company or its member brands.
· Topic Research:
Investigate topics and materials to send to the media for promoting the
company.
· Communication
Support: Assist with communication tasks as needed for specific projects or
phases.
REQUIREMENTS
· Languages: Proficient in
English (and Vietnamese), with a strong emphasis on writing and translation.
English certification is a plus.
· Video Editing: Capable of
cutting video files and extracting audio.
· Thumbnail and Subtitles:
Experienced in creating thumbnails, subtitles, and YouTube Shorts.
· Design Skills: Familiar
with using Canva for basic image design.
· Content Posting: Skilled
in posting on YouTube, websites, and LinkedIn to increase information
dissemination.
· Work Ethic: Diligent, disciplined,
creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
