JOB DESCRIPTION
- BTL Account Executive will specialize in planning, ideation and execution of events, activations, OOH, retail marketing activites for achieving clients' communication needs.
- Client Service:
Maintain and develop client relationships.
Ensure that the company's work exceeds clients' expectations.
Develop new project opportunities with past and existing clients.
Manage client billing and collections.
- Project Management:
Coordinate Creative and Planning team to ensure project goals are met.
Manage projects and campaigns, accounting for quality, schedule and budget.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files.
- Production:
Oversee effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
- KPI Management:
Monitor the effectiveness of projects and campaigns.
Prepare client reports.
- New Business:
Participate in company brainstorms.
Participate in new business pitches, prepare pitch decks, proposal documents, and presentations.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Strong desire to pursue a career in communication & advertising
Understanding of BTL marketing tools, experience in event planning, execution and measurement
At least 02 years working in retail marketing/ BTL/global communications/ marketing/ advertising agency.
Good customer service attitude, good attention to details
Excellent written English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700 above). Korean would be an advantage but not required
University degree in marketing, media & communications, foreign trade, foreign languages etc.
