JOB DESCRIPTION
C&B function: Track employee's monthly attendance and leave, in charge of social insuranc, HR Compliance report... to ensure that C&B activities comply with labor laws;
Support recruitment communications: Post jobs, create sources from multiple channels to attract potential candidates.
Participate in supporting the interview process and receiving feedback from candidates, onboarding new joiners...
Perform organizing tasks for training sessions, including: Book calendar, arranging & handling the training attendance; collecting the post-training survey feedback after training, inputting data, and creating reports...;
Perform administrative tasks: Receive and classify and process documents/records; drafting documents and papers; carry out related human resources, administrative, accounting, etc. procedures;
Support the implementation of employee engagement activities
Calendar management, schedule meetings and manage logistics, meeting note-taking as requested;
Manage and periodically purchase tools and stationery;
Other tasks upon assignment by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduate or 4th-year students, full-time 4-month internship commitment to Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Law and/or related fields...;
Having interests in HR, especially aiming to become an HR Generalist;
Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
Have full-skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Canva.
Friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible;
