JOB DESCRIPTION
Train
and guide team members on quotation processes and supplier negotiation skills.
Receive and process quotation requests from the Sales, CS team, internal or customers.
Analyze shipment requirements and recommend the most cost-effective and time-efficient logistics solutions.
Negotiate rates with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, overseas agents, and other service providers.
Develop and implement short-term and long-term pricing and procurement strategies.
Monitor and update freight rates, surcharges, customs, license fee and related costs for all trade lanes.
Research market trends, forecast rate fluctuations, and recommend timely adjustments.
Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and maintain service contracts.
Coordinate closely in the company sales, cs, operations, removal and finance teams to optimize costs and improve profitability.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 7 - 8 years of experience in Pricing/Procurement/ operation in Freight Forwarding or Shipping Line.
Proven experience in handling quotations or cost checks for Air, Sea, Warehouse, CBT, Local trucking, customs declaration, and license application services
University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills
Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
Strong understanding of global trade lanes, freight rate structures, and logistics markets.
Proficient in English for business communication and negotiation; advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
BENEFITS
Working Hours: 8:00-17:00 or 8:30 - 17:30, Saturday Morning: work once in every 3 weeks & wfh

13th month salary + Bonus according to year-end KPI evaluation

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Import:
Received pre-alert from oversea, file manifest, send arrival
notice to customer, and release Delivery Order to customer.
Contact with customer to prepare to do import customs clearance,
update information for cargo release to CNEE.
Check import requirement procedure to import cargo and reply to
customer, oversea, MSDS, HS code, import license
Input revenue/cost into the system, check and confirm costs to
agent, issue Debit/Credit Notes for customers/oversea agents, handle internal
data entry
2. Export:
Receive and manage inquiries from customers/overseas and arrange
bookings.
Contact with customer to prepare to do export customs clearance,
update information for cargo release to customer.
Check export procedures, including MSDS, HS codes; ensure
accurate documentation.
Issue booking confirmation, House Bill, update VGM, MBL on the
carrier's system; submit AFR, ENS, AMS, FMC as required.
Send pre-alerts to oversea agents and relevant parties.
Input revenue/cost into the system, check and confirm costs to
agent, issue Debit/Credit Notes for customers/oversea agents, handle internal
data entry
Check and track telex releases from carriers
& Others job as per BOD's requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 - 4 years with knowledge in all fields: Air or sea freight
forwarding customs brokers and logistics operation, Customs clearance, Domestic
delivery. Warehouse experience is advantage.
University
graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking and writing skill), Microsoft office
High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.
Ability to work
independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
Proficient in English for business communication and negotiation; advanced MS
Office skills, especially Excel.
