Primary function: In this role, you will work alongside Golden Path Academics staff to successfully run activities and excursions for a group of students. You will gain valuable leadership experience as a counselor for children and teens as you guide them through their camp experience.
As the camp counselor, you will be responsible for the well-being of your campers as well as promoting healthy competition. You need to be physically strong, energetic, loud, and caring. As the logistics staff, you will be responsible for the camp materials, and the set-up of the games and activities. You need to be very organized, detail-oriented, and physically strong.

Already graduated from high school.
Be excellent in English both oral and written.
Be enthusiastic, positive, creative, responsible, organized, and love to work with children and teens.
Be willing to embrace challenges and step out of your comfort zone.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work as part of a team in English.
Have the ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and to think and act creatively on the go.
Commit to working throughout the duration of the program.
Commit to participate in training days and 2 camps.
Be punctual in all camp related activities
What will your main duties and responsibility be?
Camp Counselor
Serving as a positive role model for youth.
Running a variety of small and large group activities for students. Activities may include rafts, nature, orienteering, relay races, songs, games, and opening, and closing ceremonies. This includes time spent on the bus.
Encouraging student participation, and providing information to students regarding activities in English.
Attending the training and planning weeks before the camp session begins.
Assisting in maintaining program records including incident reports, attendance, campers' assessment, and surveys.
Taking responsibility for the safety of students in emergency situations, and reporting any issues or problems to the Camp Director.
Act as big brother or sister, assisting in the well-being of homesick, lonely, or emotional campers.
Attending scheduled meetings throughout the program.
Performing related duties as assigned.
Preferred
Scouting or outdoors background.
Experience in managing a group of 15 people.
Passion for enriching and innovating educational experiences.
Understanding of how to work with children and teenagers.
Excellent ENGLISH oral communication skills.
Good leadership skills.
Proactive, problem-solving, well-organized - Work smart!
First Aid Certified.
Camp Logistics Staff
Serving as a supporting role for Camp Director in preparing the activity materials
Assisting in organizing and keeping track of logistics inventory throughout camp.
Setting up and taking down all games and activities including but not limited to: rafting materials, sports games, navigation equipment, water relays, and arts and crafts materials.
Communicate effectively in English to make sure materials are delivered as required.
Attending the training and planning week before the camp session begins.
Taking responsibility for the safety of students in emergency situations, and reporting any issues or problems to the Camp Director.
Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise.
Performing related duties as assigned.
Preferred
Ability to process voluminous details, prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
Knowledge of logistics and event planning.
Knowledge of mechanical engineering is a plus.
Proactive, problem-solving, well-organized - Work smart!
Being punctual is a must.
Have good physical strength to perform heavy tasks.
Good ENGLISH oral communication skills.
