JOB DESCRIPTION
We are recruiting a Senior Project Coordinator to implement and set up our AI system for retailers in the SEA market and other regions. You will play a crucial role in the success of our AI projects and in ensuring our clients have all the necessary data to start the training and onboarding phases.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage project tasks and deliverables to achieve objectives within scope, time and resource constraints.
Actively identify bottlenecks and promptly mobilize resources to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Lead kick-off meetings with cross-department teams of clients to foster collaboration and clearly communicate project goals and expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Track and report project progress to both internal and external teams, utilizing project management tools for detailed status updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
Proactively manage and mitigate risks that might affect the quality and accuracy of Dashboard input information.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of data related to the activation of AI for stores.
Implement data validation processes and perform regular quality checks to maintain high data integrity.
Continuously optimize the implementation process by analyzing project outcomes, incorporating feedback, and applying best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure team members have the necessary tools, information, and support to perform their tasks efficiently.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
Keep a meticulous record of on-store and off-store lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
Ensure lessons learned are documented and disseminated across the team.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or related position;
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Good planning skills in both project and people management.
Ability to communicate in English fluently.
Proficient in MS Office.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience in working with international clients is a PLUS.
A quick learner of new technology tools, and a self-starter behavior.
