About This Role

We're looking for a TalentHunt Intern to join our Growth team, to build a data pool of qualified talents on Glints VIP Platform, and support both Growth & external teams to perform any upcoming project.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be the key responsibility for growing our use base by using your sourcing, communication, and tool skills to acquire qualified candidates to join Glints VIP Program.
In this role, you will:
Daily tasks (80%)
Identify and evaluate potential candidates for Glints VIP program
Approach and acquire new candidates to join Glints VIP program
Learn to evaluate candidates based on their profile and understand their career needs
Grow your network of talents on Linkedin by understanding Linkedin search algorithm and making connections
Interact with Glints VIP platform to support the candidates & provide UI/UX bug feedback (Search Engine, Filter, etc...)
Be familiar with tools & product techniques to speed up your performance
Upload weekly Glints content on Linkedin
Occasional tasks (20%)
Assisting the ongoing marketing project as directed by Growth Manager
Support external team - Recruiter, Content, and Research If having request
Be prepare any learning & case study to contribute for your performance & Growth Team
Any related tasks.

Basic requirements:
Currently in 4th year of university with available schedule (Internship period)
Available for 3 months internship (full-time talents prefered);Have professional experience in a startup company (Priority)

Skills requirements
Sourcing skill is a must;
Good at interpersonal & persuasion skills
Problem-solving skill for all upcoming issues;
Good at Data-driven & Critical Thinking skills for your report;
Require written and spoken skills in English and Vietnamese.
