JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Working with: Students 9 - 16
The language used: English
Primary function: In this role, you will work alongside Go Camps staff to successfully run activities and excursions for a group of students. You will gain valuable leadership experience as a counselor for children and teens as you guide them through their camp experience.
As the camp counselor, you will be responsible for your campers' well-being and promoting healthy competition. You need to be physically strong, energetic, loud, and caring.
Serving as a positive role model for youth.
Building Good and healthy relationships with students and colleagues in the camps.
Running a variety of small and large group activities for students. Activities may include rafts, nature, orienteering, relay races, and musical performances.
Engaging campers into games and activities cheerfully in English.
Attending the training and planning weeks before the camp season begins.
Assisting in maintaining program records including incident reports, attendance, campers' assessment, and surveys.
Taking responsibility for the safety of students in emergency situations and reporting any issues or problems to the Camp Director.
Act as big brother or sister, assisting in the well-being of homesick, lonely, or emotional campers.
Attending scheduled meetings throughout the program.
Performing related duties as assigned.
Preferred
First Aid Certified.
Scouting or outdoors background.
Experience in managing a group of 15 people.
Passion for enriching and innovating educational experiences.
Understanding of how to work with children and teenagers.
Excellent ENGLISH oral communication skills.
Good leadership skills.

Camp Schedule
Your availability and commitment to the camp schedule are key factors in our selection process. Go Camps gives priority to applicants who can commit to at least two summer camps this season.

Campers' Ages: 9-12 & 12-16

Program 3: June 23 - June 28, 2025
Dream Builders (Southern Vietnam) - Departing from Ho Chi Minh City
Location: Hon Ba Lagi Resort, Binh Thuan
Campers' Ages: 12-17
Camp Dates: June 29 - July 4, 2025
REQUIREMENTS
Go Camps is looking for candidates
At the age of 19 or older.
Having excellent English-Speaking Skills, equivalent to IELTS 7.0 / C1 (VSTEP certificate) / TOEIC 850 or higher. Certification is a plus, though it is not compulsory.
Having the ability to bond with children and teenagers quickly.
Loving team physical activities.
Having very Good strength and endurance;
Being knowledgeable and interested in topics in one or more of the following fields: Science, History, Geography, Music, Painting, Arts, Sports.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary

As the logistics staff, you will be responsible for the camp materials, and the set-up of the games and activities. You need to be very organized, detail-oriented, and physically strong.
Serving as a supporting role for Camp Director in preparing the activity materials
Assisting in organizing and keeping track of logistics inventory throughout camp.
Setting up and taking down all games and activities including rafting materials, sports games, navigation equipment, water relays, and arts and crafts materials.
Communicate effectively in English to make sure materials are delivered as required.
Attending the training and planning week before the camp session begins.
Taking responsibility for the safety of students in emergency situations and reporting any issues or problems to the Camp Director.
Dealing with problems and emergency situations should arise.
Performing related duties as assigned.
Preferred
Ability to process voluminous details, prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
Knowledge of logistics and event planning.
Knowledge of mechanical engineering is a plus.
Proactive, problem-solving, well-organized - Work smart!
Being punctual is a must.
Have Good physical strength to perform heavy tasks.
Good ENGLISH oral communication skills.
