JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and monitor OTA bookings from confirmation through to service completion
across travel platforms.
Verify booking details, customer information and service requirements to ensure
accurate and timely processing.
Coordinate with internal teams and local suppliers to ensure every service is delivered as
promised.
Send customers vouchers, meeting-point details, instructions and other essential
information before the service.
Support customers before, during and after their service, including handling OTA
tickets, complaints and unexpected issues.
Proactively monitor bookings, identify operational risks and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate booking records, collect customer feedback and contribute to
improving operational processes.
Take full ownership of assigned bookings and ensure a smooth, reliable customer
experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in travel operations; DMC experience is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
Good command of English, particularly written communication.
Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and accountability.
BENEFITS
Base Salary: 9,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND + commission/bonus.
Total Package: Up to 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND/month, depending on
performance.
