[HN] Senior Compliance Executive

- Social audit: independent on periodically internal audit at suppliers in Vietnam and Cambodia. Experience on Better Work assessment, BSCI audits, SMETA audit, WRAP & WCA. Professional on report writing and CAP follow up with suppliers.
- Working with suppliers to prepare for third party audit and buyers' visiting/ auditing.
- Higg FEM & vFEM, BEPI: strong knowledge on Higg FEM & BEPI self-assessment and verification. Support and follow up with factories to ensure supplier can meet the buyers' target score. Follow up CAP after verification if any.
- Good knowledge on environmental & sustainability field such as ZDHC Wastewater testing & CAP; ZDHC Gateway; Chemical Inventory List on Bhive or BVe3; Familiar with these platforms and coordinate with supplier's upload report regularly.
- Textile Exchange: work with suppliers to get Scope Certificates such as RDS, RCS, GRS, RWS, OCS, GOTS.
- Brand Protection & liability: coordinate with suppliers to get Cut to ship report & Destruction report monthly.
- Training skill and presentation on Higg FEM, labor law and buyers code of conduct.
- Familiar to work on platforms such as retraced, supply shift, amfori sustainability and others.
- Onboarding documents to register new suppliers in buyer's system.
- Monthly update compliance status for all suppliers.
- Other tasks are assigned by compliance manager.
