HN Senior/ Principal Backend Engineer Golang/Java

We're building a fintech platform and there are certainly a lot of things to do. As part of the team, you'll encounter both technical and business challenges on a daily basis. Below is some examples that we believe you will find it interesting.

  + Performance optimization (slow DB queries, High latency API,...)
  + Microservice design (domain driven design, decoupling service,...)

Your day will be like:

• Develop BtoB applications having a massive amount of data from scratch
• Design a complex architecture which includes API linkage to external systems
• Quickly fix system failures or abnormalities by monitoring or notifications
• Improve CI/CD for the delivery of a product
• Introduce tools, systems and cultures for efficient development
• Develop fundamental skills of team members
• Lead development with scrum

We are looking for below roles:

• Principal Golang Engineer (8+ years of total experience, 4+ years in Golang)
• Senior Golang Engineer (5+ years of total experience, 3+ years in Golang)
• Principal Java Engineer (8+ years of total experience in Java)

Our requirements:

Must Have:

• Having experience in Golang/ Java development with detail mentioned above
• Having experience in operation of an application on a production environment
• Experience in improving application performance
• Experience with Agile development
• Having a strong product mindset
• Experience with Microservices
• Strong sense of ownership
• For Senior Engineer: English communication from intermediate level
• For Principal Engineer: Good English skill
• For Principal level, we also expect that candidate can build and review technical architecture, have the ability to provide solution for technical problems and train junior members in the team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience to develop B2B applications
• Experience with Docker/Container
