JOB DESCRIPTION
I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
CBRE seeks an intern for an interesting opportunity to support the work of the Leasing - Sale Intern Position
Actively seek new leads/clients and creating new
opportunities.
Make cold calls and arrange meetings daily with
prospective clients, sub-brokers.
Update reports and database daily, weekly, and monthly.
Various other job-related tasks as assigned by
supervisor.
Cold call, update and maintains, updates filing
stacking plan for the leasing team.
Sorts and distributes mail for the Marketing and
Leasing Projects
Get involve and works within leasing team on ongoing
projects such as site tour, negotiation progress.
Conduct, on behalf of both landlords and tenants, the
entire leasing process including site inspections, leasing proposal,
negotiation and close the lease.
REQUIREMENTS

CBRE internship programs are designed to provide a beneficial relationship between our company and university students, graduates, post-graduate students. Internships are offered for 3 months and are renewable up to a maximum of 6 months. Our company offers interns an exceptional learning experience in an international organization and increases their awareness. The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:
Work full-time from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM).
Senior student or fresh graduate in Business program or related filed are welcome.
Hard-working, well-organized, enthusiastic and careful.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in maintaining property records and
databases.
Ability to assist with lease administration and
document preparation.
Experience in coordinating property viewings and
showings.
Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations.
Ability to handle tenant inquiries and concerns.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the
transition and leasing related items.
Cope
well under pressure.
