JOB DESCRIPTION
Track and verify the completeness of procurement documents, including contracts, invoices, and related paperwork.
Review vendor lists to ensure framework agreements and Data Protection Agreements (DPA) are signed; coordinate signing when necessary.
Assist in issuing Purchase Orders (PO) in line with master agreements.
Receive and maintain hard copies of documents and certifications (CPN).
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Procurement team.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Available to work full-time for 06 months.
Good command of English (reading and writing).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.
