JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Food Quality Control
- Inspect, evaluate and monitor compliance with food safety, food quality, and service quality at the F&B brands of Shopping Mall
- Coordinate with F&B brands to find the cause of non-compliance and the solutions; Monitor corrective and preventive actions of the brands
- Ensure maintenance of raw material standards, inspection numbers, and legal documents at the F&B brands
- Handle arising issues regarding raw materials/food safety/insects/chemicals/inspection teams at the restaurants
- Make reports and perform other tasks as assigned
2. Floor Operation
- Daily checking floor, common area operation to Identify defects, hygiene & security issues and coordinate with internal departments to solve them promptly
- Daily checking tenant operation (FOH, BOH, staff) to ensure every tenant follows Mall rules and regulations
- Discuss with the operation team to come up with a suitable process for F&B tenants: import & export foods, dispose of trash, delivery activities...
- Implement the Shopping Mall promotions from SP team to TOS tenants, follow up and supervise the deployment of tenants
- Quickly and effectively coordinating work related to infrastructure or design between tenants and the internal department
- Co-operate with tenants and internal departments (Customer Service, Sales Planning, Sub-contractors) to resolve arising issues quickly and effectively through continuous communication with customers and tenants
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related major
- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant position in F&B Quality Control, Restaurant Management, F&B Operation, Retail, Shopping Mall
- Have knowledge in food safety and hygiene
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Hard-working, have good team-work and communication skills
- Can work under high pressure and self-motivation
- Must be available to work in shift, 5 days/weeks (Shift 1: 8:30 - 5:30; Shift 2: 14:00 - 22:00)a

Sales Management Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Floor Operation
- Floor checking: Supervise hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time
- Control product quality, prices, TAG, visual merchandise of the brands in charge; Managing the demand-supply of the products
- Collaborate with Customer Service team to train and supervise brand staff to follow Lotte Mall regulation
- Collaborate with Customer Service team and related departments to solve customer complaint and any other arising problems quickly and effectively
2. Sales & Marketing Event
- Discuss on time with tenants to co-operate and support them with marketing program, promotion events, staff and merchandise management to ensure professional brand and enhance revenue
- Participate in creating and organizing marketing events with Sales Planning & Marketing team to grow up sales and attract new customers
- Invite and support brands to propose promotions to match with seasons, Lotte events (Gala Night, Lotte Private Sale, Anniversary), promotion program via Lotte channels (Facebook, Website, LCD, etc.)
- Implement sales confirmation, deduction, manual list, modify sales error by sequences on time
- Supervise sales performance and prepare sales plan with low sale brands
3. Leasing & Lease Agreement
- Supervise and keep track with changes of market to build potential and trendy vendor list in categories
- Actively contact tenants to find out about their business potential and demands for premise at mall, thereby introduce Lotte Mall premises to tenants
- Maintain and build up relationship with current tenants and potential tenants as well to evaluate busines status, plan and strategies of them
- Build and report for approval of T&C policy for each tenant; Draft and negotiate to finalize content, and get signature of Tenancy Agreement, Offer to Lease (OTL)
- Proceed extension or termination of Tenancy Agreement with tenants on expiry date, inform tenants of termination procedures and deposit return
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related major
- Having experience in the relevant position in Retail, Shopping Mall, Commercial & Trade field
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Hard-working, have good team-work and communication skills
- Can work under high pressure and self-motivation
- Must be available to work in shift, 5 days/weeks (Shift 1: 8:30 - 5:30; Shift 2: 14:00 - 22:00)

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree, any majors, good looking appearance
- At least 2 year-experience in the relevant position; Having experiences in 5-stars Hotel, Shopping Mall, Airways is an advantages
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese
- Be careful & accurate, have good team-work and communication skills
- Can work under high pressure and self-motivation

- Welcoming customers at the VIP Lounge of the shopping mall
- Taking care of VIP customer, ensures customer satisfaction when using VIP Lounge
- Providing information for VIP customers, ensuring the best conditions at the VIP Lounge
- Collect information from potential customers to support making VIP cards
REQUIREMENTS
- From 1 year of experience in a similar position at a Restaurant, Hotel, Shopping Center (Receptionist & Customer Care Position, etc.)
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Good problem solving and complain handling skills
Working shift: 6 days/week
- Shift 1: [protected info] (1 hour break)
- Shift 2: 14:00 - 22:00 (30 mins break)
