JOB DESCRIPTION
I. The opportunity
The Program Intern will assist the
Program Officer and other team members in carrying out projects within IVI's
operations, encompassing core areas: public governance, local development, and
digital transformation.
II. Time schedule
The internship is expected to last at least 2 months
(preferably July-August 2025) with a possible extension depending on the
availability and interest of the intern and IVI. Both part-time and full-time
interns are welcome.
III. Major responsibilities
1.
Research and Analysis
- Conduct surveys and data
collection on research projects on public governance and digital
transformation;
- Work with the project team to
analyze and provide evidence-based findings for project outputs.
2.
Project Coordination
- Support the Program Officer and team
members in coordinating project activities, meetings, and logistics;
- Identify challenges within the
project scope and propose solutions to address them;
- Collaborate with
internal and external stakeholders to gather information when required.
- Support communication activities,
including website and social media posts.
REQUIREMENTS
I. Qualifications
- Currently a university student or
fresh graduate in fields of economics, public administration, development
research, business administration, or any other relevant fields;
- Has a strong interest in social
research and public issues (e.g. public governance, economics, public policies,
etc.);
- Strong analytical skills and research
abilities are a plus;
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism;
- Demonstrated time management and
priority-setting skills;
- Excellent organizational, collaborative and
team-building skills;
- Good communication skills both verbally and
in written form in English and Vietnamese.
