We are seeking a proactive and high-energy Admissions Manager for a premium international school in Hanoi undergoing an exciting period of growth and transformation. As the primary face of the school, you will be responsible for the entire family joining experience, guiding prospective parents from their initial enquiry through to their child's first day of school. This is a critical role that requires a blend of empathetic relationship-building and rigorous pipeline management. You will ensure that every family receives a personalized, world-class introduction to our community, ensuring our school remains the first choice for both expat and local families in Hanoi.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conversion & Pipeline Management
• Enquiry-to-Enrolment: Lead the day-to-day sales cycle, ensuring rapid and professional responses to all enquiries. Your goal is to turn initial interest into school tours, and tours into confirmed enrolments.
• The "PACE" Standard: Deliver a service model that is consistently Professional, Attentive, Caring, and Expert, ensuring a soft-sales approach that builds deep trust with parents.
• Pipeline Nurturing: Manage a fast-paced admissions funnel, utilizing proactive follow-up calls and personalised touchpoints to maintain high engagement throughout the decision-making process.
2. Family Onboarding & Experience
• Seamless Transitions: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new families, acting as their expert guide on curriculum, campus logistics, and the school community.
• Parent Liaison: Foster strong early relationships with new parents to ensure they feel supported and valued from day one, laying the groundwork for long-term retention.
3. Data Rigour & Reporting
• Performance Metrics: Maintain meticulous records of the enrolment pipeline using our CRM systems.
• Weekly Analysis: Provide accurate weekly reports on conversion rates (CVR), enquiry volumes, and lead sources to the Country
Sales Manager and School Principal.
• Evidence-Based Pivots: Use admissions data to identify bottlenecks in the funnel and suggest immediate improvements to the sales process.
4. School Promotion & Local Events
• Showcasing Excellence: Coordinate and lead high-impact school tours and events that clearly articulate the school's unique Points of Difference.
• Community Networking: Assist in local marketing activities and community events in Hanoi to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
