Responsibilities
• Keep track of the CEO's personal schedules
• Manage invoices, prepare payment requests, and other documents as necessary
• Arrange domestic and international trips including visas, flights, accommodations, trip agenda...
• Track insurance and reimbursement for health, vehicles, and housing, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned by the CEO
Skill Requirements
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Able to work to deadlines
• Able to work under pressure [able to manage multiple tasks and good interpersonal skills]
• Able to manage demanding workload + competing demands
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good attention to details
• Timid, caring and sympathetic
The position holder should be able to work independently most of the time.
Required Experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Highly experienced in Tourism, Hospitality and Medical industry is a plus
Required Education and qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management
• A background of studying or living in European countries is preferred
