Mô tả công việc
Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and professional manner.
Act as the first point of contact and assist in connecting guests with service staff.
Manage guest reservations and walk-ins; ensure tables are properly assigned.
Seat guests according to party size and preferences, offering menus promptly. Track and update guest attendance, reservations, and relevant reports.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining areas.
Provide information about the menu, beverages, events, and promotions.
Monitor guest preferences, special occasions, and alert management when needed.
Handle guest feedback and minor issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Yêu cầu
Female only.
Fixed shift from 14:00 to 22:00, with Sundays off
Excellent English communication skills.
Well-groomed appearance and high level of professionalism.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused attitude.
Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
