[Hot] Logistics Manager (Upto 1500$)

• Lead the standardization of warehouse operations and optimize inventory control on a national scale.
• Oversee logistics activities, including domestic transportation and customs compliance
• Play a key role in improving operational efficiency by collaborating with executive leadership
• To ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Store & Logistics department, in accordance with company procedures and standards, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient operation of Store & Logistics Department in Vietnam.
• Warehouses Management
- Inventory Management: Ensure goods are stored properly, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the warehouse is always ready for production and business.
- Control of Goods In/Out: Oversee the process of receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Ensure goods are handled accurately and timely.
- Optimize Warehouse Space: Arrange the warehouse scientifically and efficiently to optimize storage space and facilitate easy retrieval of goods.
• Logistics Management
- Transportation Coordination: Organize and manage the transportation of goods, including selecting service providers and monitoring the transportation process.
- Delivery Management: Ensure goods are delivered on time and in good condition, resolve issues that arise during the delivery process.
- Customs procedure management: Manage documents and declaration documents for Customs procedures, Supervise Customs declarations, and resolve arising problems.
- Manage import and export duty obligations: Manage the determination of TAX amounts payable for imported and exported goods, ensure import and export duty payments are made on time and in full, avoiding legal violations about tariffs. Manage import-export tax reporting promptly and fully as required by Customs authorities.
