Mô tả công việc
Monitor and supervise a team of BDE to achieve the organization's objectives and increase sales.
Communicate and report to leadership the forecast of pipeline, business impact, and on-going feedback from employer partners.
Nurture employer partners from networking, executing the opportunity and on-going for continued partner success and support.
Lead all aspects of deal execution from identifying and developing accounts, meeting with partners, business case development, to negotiating contracts and closing.
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential business partners.
Find great talents to build a team. Lead and grow them to become even better professional than ourselves.
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Other reasonable duties, as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree.
3+ years of relevant work experience, in business development at a reputable tourism business.
Experienced in building and managing a sales team in a high growth environment.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent time-management, detail-oriented.
Comfort with business trips.
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
Familiarity with Hotel, Service and Online Travel Agent (OTA) business.
Energetic, adventurous, gritty with passion for sales and for building trusted relationships.
