Mô tả công việc
Communicate policies effectively to ensure employee understanding and compliance.
Perform HR forms, templates, and processes for HR administrative works.
Manage HR documentation, including contracts, NDAs, assessments, renewals, salary adjustments, and promotions.
Process attendance, payroll, and statutory contributions.
Administer KPI evaluations, performance reviews, and bonus calculations.
Prepare and submit labor reports to authorities.
Organize employee engagement and welfare activities, including health check-ups, trips, celebrations, and benefits programs.
Assist in regular recruitment demand of the company for junior positions.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
From 1 years of experience in HR operations, and compliance.
Experience in recruitment is a plus
Knowledge of labor laws and payroll is an advantage but not compulsory.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
