ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES (60%)
Drafting contracts and other administrative documents.
Review, organize and store records and paperwork.
Prepare payment requests, advances, refunds and manage office expenses.
Track attendance, annual leave and compile monthly attendance reports.
Supervise the repair of office equipment and manage office supplies.
Monitor and submit documents for signature to relevant departments.
Book flight & hotel for employees' business trips
Arrange daily food and beverages for employees.
HR RESPONSIBILITIES (40%)
Manage recruitment according to departmental needs (including posting job ads, updating CVs, sending interview invitations, administering tests if applicable, and sending job offers).
Handle the registration and updates for Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, personal tax codes, and union codes, and manage employee records and labor contracts.
Others (10%)
Maintain and improve administrative processes and documentation systems.
Support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
Explore digital or AI tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
06 months - 1 year of experience in HR-Admin or related roles; agency experience is a plus.
Familiar with contract management, invoicing, and payment follow-up processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Careful, meticulous, and well-organized, with a high level of accuracy in handling documents and data.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
