Mô tả công việc
Human resources:
• Update the new law relating to HR & Admin for developing and updating Company regulations and policies in compliance with current Vietnamese labor law; supervise the compliance of these rules to ensure its alignment with over all Company operation.
• Provide the advices to BOD about the HR & Admin policies, regulations, organization chart, optimize the employees headcount in accordance with company strategies and business activities;
• Formulate the remuneration system and administer the compensation and incentive measures where necessary including salary structure, payroll scheme ... to ensure that the company is externally competitive and internally equitable and encourage employees;
• Manage and control the C&B activities including monthly payroll, social charges, PIT, ensuring the accurate preparation in line with Company's policies and legal compliance;
• Be responsible for recruitment and staffing to ensure enough and qualified headcount for business requirement;
• Organize the training activities for staffs in line with overall company's business objectives and HR & Admin objectives;
• Supervise the employee relation and company's events to motivate employees and create the good working environment.
• Manage and develop the process of changing employee status: labor contract, promotion, replacement, resignations, terminations and handle of employee grievances, disciplines;
• Prepare and manage monthly, yearly HR & Admin budget.
CSR:
• Be Company representative to meet local authority; Lead and be responsible to pass the social assessment from auditors such as customer's periodical social audit, SA8000, ISO 14001:2014, C-TPAT activities from 2nd, 3rd party and governmental examination.
Administration:
• Manage all administration activities to ensure all office facilities properties and stationery are in good conditions and ready to use;
• Make plan and supervise the health and safety tasks such as fire and explosion prevention, labor safety, labor hygiene, security, ...
• Monitor the car arrangement for foreigners and company's operation with the accurate and good services;
• Supervise the work permit, temporary residence card, investment license [protected info] all procedures, papers are updated and implemented on time and in compliance with governmental law.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor and above;
- Have at least 5 years experiences at the same position. Working in a garment factory is plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Good managerial and interpersonal skills;
- Can do attitude with high responsibility sense;
- Can work in high pressure
- Working location in Que Vo IZ, Bac Ninh
