Mô tả công việc
1. Human Resources:
- Support recruitment and selection process for vacancies in Hanoi office;
- Support to organize company events, including company trip, activities, celebrations;
- Support GAHR related tasks as required by Line Manager and GAHR Department.
2. General Affairs:
- Support reception task, welcome guest, handle phone call...;
- Conduct purchases of goods and services when required;
- Assist the process of asset management and record filing management of Head office;
- Maintain safe and clean office area consistently;
- Administer company car and taxi cards and arrange car schedule efficiently;
- Support the Branch with other admin works as required.
Yêu cầu
- University graduate in relevant disciplines;
- 0 - 1 year of experience of HR and Admin in foreign company environment.
- Good command of both written and verbal English, computer literate with common Office packages;
- Friendly, active and supportive personality;
- Being able to work in professional environment and multiple tasking.
** Salary: 7-8 mil
