Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in human resources.
2. Familiar with national and local laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
3. Knowledgeable in human resource planning, recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and labor relations.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling negotiations and coordination with government departments and suppliers.
5. Proficient in office software, especially Excel.
