Mô tả công việc
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing HR administrative support on a day-to day basis. The role contributes to the development and maintenance of processes related to compensation, benefits, compliance, employee relations, as well as administrative support management within HR Support function.
Your main duties will be:
1. Compensation & Benefit Management:
- Be in charge of labor contract management, promotion, rewarding incentives, performance appraisal.
- Assist HR Manager and involve in employee relation activities, internal regulation, collective agreement & labor disputes documentation.
- Prepare company announcement, policy and communication materials.
- Coordinate with HR counterpart to ensure HR services delivering to staff professionally.
- Be contact point for company and trade union benefits execution.
- Be in charge of HR reports.
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
2. Administrative Management:
- Be in charge of handling expatriates relates including but not limited to visa, work permit, etc,.
- Coordinate to hold team building and other events for employees.
- Prepare, record and update legal documents of Company properly.
3. HR Database Management:
- Manage HR database & ensure data accuracy.
- Work with partners in HR and other departments to ensure efficient flow of data at all stages, from collection to transformation and storage to reporting.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably in HR Management or Business Management.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in same position, HR Administration or Compensation & Benefit expertise in a company size from 150 headcounts.
- Service oriented mindset, able to handle confidential information with care.
- Can-do attitude & proactive thinker.
- Good communication and team work.
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
- Computer literacy (Excel proficiency).
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
