Mô tả công việc
***Recruitment (50%)
o Execute Annual Recruitment Plan and Period Recruitment Plan to meet the business growth.
o Consult Head of HR on recruitment strategy.
o Execute recruitment & hiring arrangements (non-managers) according to instructions provided by the Head of HR to ensure the required and appropriate human talent.
o Develop interview test/question system to value candidate.
o Coordinate with other department to perform the Training Plan.
***Training (20%)
• Conduct the orientation training & maintain the best support to new employees.
• Flow up the training assessment process properly of employees; collaborate with department manager for utilizing new knowledge applicable
• Assist in the training needs analysis process, exposed to Operation work to execute TNA
***Other (30%)
• Ensures all orders & contracts are in place and periodically reviewed and updated according to the company Policy and Procedure.
• Liaise with local government authorities, Labour Department, Licensing bodies...
• Manage and control efficiently all admin costs according to approved budget.
• Ensure all admin expenses and activities will comply with the company Policy and Procedure.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly report to Supervisor and up levels if any
