Mô tả công việc
Establish recruiting requirements; discuss about recruitment needs with managers
Build applicant sources via wesites and social media
Arrange the interview for applicants
Manage the training program schedule and inform new employees about details
Update the job descriptions and job requirements
Handle HR tasks (update staff attendance and leave, make announcements...)
Prepare employee cards, open bank accounts for new employees
Deal with HR documents (forms, reports, logs, data and records)
Process incoming mail
Other tasks required by the manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Related Fields
Good at English (both written and spoken)
Good at problem-solving (be able to identify issues and resolve programs on time)
Strong interpersonal skills
Communicate clearly, both written and orally (to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings in both English and Vietnamese)
Read and interpret information effectively, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
Prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Be trustworthy
Responsive to instructions, directions highly-motivated and goal-oriented at work
